Next up in the 2nd bedroom were the closet doors. Mace ordered the bi-folds months ago and they came in primed but still needed to be sanded and painted before they went up. The sanding really makes such a difference on the finished product (lucky for me Mace is so good at it!). I decided to try a different method and cut in the panels and then foam roll the flat sections instead of using a brush. The results weren’t bad but I think I like the all brush stroke look better, the foam didn’t turn out as smooth as I thought and has more stipple than I’d like. Here the doors are getting their royal treatment!

And then Kobe said we were working too much and wanted some attention!

After everything dried it was time to get the hardware in and start setting the doors.

Always takes some finagling with stuff like this but we got them in and the spacing figured out, don’t they look good! Now we just need to finalize the hardware!

With my paint roller out I also rolled the bedroom door a fresh white, the lime color would just be too much of an eyesore after all this hard work!
