It was so exciting to have the kitchen update complete and feeling a lot fresher! Here are some shots of the completed backsplash and cabinets. I need to get some blinds over the sink and the lights in the kitchen still need to be update but that might not happen until the full remodel but its come along way!
The floating shelves make the space feel so much more open. Such an improvement over the old cabinet and everything is a lot more accessible!
Taking the doors off the cabinets over the fridge (and painting the interior white) also opened up the room but filling it proved more difficult because not much fits in there (its not very tall). I had to use the glass containers to prop up the dishes but its a cute little nook. I’d like to get a pub table and stools under the picture wall but I haven’t found anything yet. It took 3 weeks to do everything but it was well worth the time to make the space feel more inviting!!
