For the primary bath at our City House project I wanted to keep things crisp and clean so the color palette is very neutral. I wanted to try mixing different metal finishes and chose matte black and polished nickel. The vanity is really good quality with a stone top and not one of the super cheap ones that will fall apart. As a bonus, it also was made for renovations as the back of it allows for either water pipes to come up through the floor (which was the case in this project) or through the wall. This makes for a clean looking finished product instead of the plumber need to put holes in the cabinet. We were able to get all the fixtures for under $2500 with various sales going, on which worked well for our budget since this is an rental property. We didn't want to go super cheap on everything and have it fall apart and need to be replaced so spending more on a nicer vanity is worth it in the long run.
